ICF Canoe Marathon World Championships - August 28, 2023 - September 3, 2023.

Below you will find information on accommodations.

Important steps for your booking:

1) On the right-hand side of this page you find the registration

2) Choose the number of people in your group

3) Select your preferred choice of hotel/hostel/dorm room/etc. for each night of your stay (we will do our best to accommodate your wishes)

4) If you don’t have all the names in your group yet, then please write this in the “shared with” field

5) If you hold authorization through your National Federation to make reservations for the National Team (not masters) then you may choose to have the invoice sent to your National Federation

Terms and conditions

Hotel reservation deadline is Monday, July 17, 2023, however, we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred hotel category.

Full payment by credit card upon reservation/registration.  It is possible to choose payment by invoice FOR NATIONAL TEAMS ONLY.

Please keep in mind that there is a limited availability of hotel rooms in various categories. Therefore, reservations will be accepted on a “first-come, first-served” basis which means your team will be redirected to a different hotel within the category if availability allows it. Thereafter, we will redirect to another category when available.

The organizing committee does not take responsibility for any extra services of the hotel, such as minibar fees, parking, telephone, etc. These costs are to be paid directly to the hotel. Check-in time is 3:00PM. The rooms are to be vacated by 10:00AM on the day of departure (Upon request the hotels will provide storage rooms for an additional fee).

Cancellation terms

If you cancel your reservation after July 17, 2023 you will be charged 100% of your booking fees. The hotel reservation deadline is July 17, 2023, however, we encourage you to book early to secure your preferred hotel category.

ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION...

The municipality of Vejen offers other options for accommodations. However, please keep in mind that there will not be a shuttle from these locations. Some locations have public transportation. https://www.visit-vejen.com/
